Information you choose to send
The contact form records your name, email address, enquiry type, language, subject and message. Depending on the reason for contacting us, it may also include an organisation, website, proposed partnership, retreat details, source links, dates, budget range or evidence for a correction.
A reference number, submission status and creation time are stored with the enquiry. This information is used to review the message, send a response, maintain an editorial record and prevent the same work from being lost or duplicated.
Analytics and local storage
The site offers a clear choice before loading optional measurement tools. If you accept, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity may receive technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, interactions and referral source. The exact tools load only when their production identifiers are configured.
Your choice is saved in your browser under the key “lalita-analytics-consent”. Choosing “Continue without” keeps the optional tools off. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change the choice on that device.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure through OpenAI Sites. Contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A configured email delivery provider may send a notification to the site administrator. When analytics are accepted, Google and Microsoft act as additional technology providers under their own privacy terms.
These providers process data only to deliver hosting, security, contact handling or the optional measurement you accepted. Infrastructure security systems may set strictly necessary cookies or process network information to protect the site from abuse.
Retention and access
Contact submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, document corrections or partnerships, and protect the site from misuse. Access to the submissions area is restricted to the approved administrator account.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include the contact-form reference number when possible so the record can be found without asking you for more personal details.
Your choices
You can use the editorial and travel content without consenting to analytics. You can also contact the project without supplying optional organisation, website, budget or timeline fields unless they are needed for the enquiry type you selected.
- Decline optional analytics from the consent panel.
- Reopen Cookie settings from the footer.
- Clear the site’s local storage in your browser.
- Request access, correction or deletion through the contact page.
